Boogie Oogie Oogie

OK now I have your attention don't I?

In a recent article in U.S. News and World Report, Dr. Bernadine Healy wrote about an outstanding discovery Couples who dance together ward off Alzheimer’s disease.  “Frequent dancing, which demands musical concentration and knowing where to put your feet while engaging in polite conversation, showed a robust 75 percent reduction in the risk for Alzheimer’s.”  Does that mean it’s time for us to bust out our platform shoes and powder blue spandex?  Well, not quite.  But any activities you can do with your hubbie that require conversation and exercise will do wonders for your health—and your marriage.

If you need some dancing tips, watch this unbelievable video clip.....:o)

  1. I'll have to come and get lessons. My hubby has 2 left feet and dancing with him is reminiscent of two boxers hanging on to one another.
Love him enough to keep him though.
    Love to the cousins.
