Japanese tape +Flower tutorial.

Hello Monday....!
Brrr! it is so chilly in Cape Town today & I just cannot get warm. This is helping though....YUM!!

I have another flower tutorial for you to try.... this time using Japanese tape. I have been very spoilt & gotten to work with some awesome product from Ginko, American Crafts, Pink Paislee & 7 Gypsies. Ginko has a super online store where you can purchase individual & multi packs of the prettiest Japanese tape designs.

I experimented with some of this lovely tape for a page I designed for the NEW Fabulous Flowers issue of Creating Keepsakes magazine.

Tutorial for Tape flower by Kim Watson

Note: Image no#1 shows how I 'de-sticky-fied" my tape by dredging it through corn flower, then dusting it off well afterwards. Basically the principle works for whatever flower design you come up with.
Hope you found this helpful & has inspired you to try some too. Remember if to link me up to your project, I'd love to see them.
Happy scrappin'!
Kim
