We have a winner of the Creating Keepsakes Summer Fun & Travel issue.
Please congratulate.....Loni.

I hope you enjoy your new issue Loni! I'll be winging it's way to you very soon.

Now in celebration of summer I have a few pages to share with you.
Fun & sun by Kim Watson

A great way to capture the summer season by collaging x9= 2"x2" square photos around a 4"x6" photo. All supplies are from Fancy Pants Beach Babe collection.

Fun barbecue day by Kim Watson

(The papers are from GCD Studio's, Echo Park & Cosmo Cricket, Frames from Studio Calico, Flowers & chipboard alphas from Bella Boulevard)

It is a bright fun page capturing a fun day spent with close friends celebrating Barbecue day together. A fun summer tradition we love here in South Africa!! Given that summer food is so bright I took loads of close ups and in keeping with the 'food' theme, used 'fabric' inspired papers by
GCD Studio's that reminded me of picnic table cloths.

Splash by Kim Watson

(The papers are from Pink Paislee, Cosmo Cricket, Fancy Pants, Echo Park, chipboard accents are from Fancy Pants)

If your family is anything like mine...they love running through the sprinkler when the swimming pool gets too hot in the height of summer. Our water comes from an underground well & is freezing but a welcome relief when the summer temperatures soar. Don't you love how the Pink Paislee paper makes that water sweep? To create my sun, I misted circle filter from Fancy Pants layered under a die-cut sun shape from MME with stitched rays, chipboard & a button.

It is great that you stopped by... I hope these pages have inspired you to scrap your fave summer photos?
