The Scrapbook & Cards Spring issue is out!

They are such a super mag and Kerry & Catherine are so great to work with! The amazing thing about this mag is that it is available for subscription over here if you prefer a paper & ink mag to drool over but if you are OK with pixels, you can down load it for FREE here.

I was very honored to be asked to contribute to this issue & do their 'Easy, difficult, Expert column' found on page 30 & 31... I had such a blast putting it together. Inside the mag you can find as well, amazing tips n tricks from well known & very talented scrappers like:

A TOOT for me! (heehee)

I am so chuffed....one of my all time fave mags, Scrapbooking & Cards in doing a feature on lil' old me today. I did a tutorial for them on different stitch types, in light of my L.O 'Explore life' that went into their Fall mag. I am so happy with the way it turned out & I hope it will be really helpful for everyone wanting to add stitching to their L.O's.

Now a question........ how much do you love me???...& I know you do *wink wink*, then if you have a moment, please pop over there, take a squizz & leave some scrappy love :o)

Gone to my head!

Ag! I have a cold AGAIN & I am such a ninny when I can't get my nose to stop running. This is the down side of taking antibiotics...it shoots the immune system full of holes & any stray bug jumps on ya.

Blegh! I am no good to society when I am under the weather.

There is an upside to this miserable post though....I was featured on the Scrapbook & cards blog last week. (Their email said I would be featured today...but I see it was last Thursday...better late than never I suppose) It was one of my summery L.O's.....cool hey! If you feel so inclined, pop over there & leave them a message saying I'm a HOT scrapper & they need to feature me more often....I mean what are friends for hey???

Hi there everyone....I was so excited that I just had to share this with you.....

Please don't think I am getting all self important by sharing this....because for a humble scrapper from South Africa, getting published by overseas mag's, is quite something & it is always awesome being able to show you what I have been up to.

This L.O has been published in the current issue of Scrapbook and Cards It is a fantastic magazine & can be also downloaded in PDF format from their website.
To give credit where credit is due.....the original inspiration for this L.O came from a sketch I saw on Page maps, so do yourselves a favour & go & have a look there. You will find a wealth of inspiration for any type of L.O and everything there is available to download for easy reference.
